Ty's Take
Milan Mimcilovic turning down the NBA draft to play college ball at Kentucky tells you something about West Plains and what this town can build when it decides to do something right—a kid with legitimate pro options choosing the long road instead, and choosing to do it here first. You don't see that kind of commitment to the craft very often anymore, and you don't see it without coaches and a program and a community that makes a young man believe there's something worth staying for. The Zizzers have had their moments over the years, but this one's different. This one's a kid telling the basketball world that he's not done learning.
