Ty's Take
We lost three good women this week, and that's the kind of loss that hits different in a county this size. Bayle Herrin, Norma West, and Sharlene Read weren't strangers to any of us, the way things work out here. Meanwhile, the commission's moving forward with new equipment, folks down in Licking are dealing with serious charges, and come September 19th Roby's throwing a parade. It's the regular rhythm of things, the way a small county keeps turning, but some weeks you notice the empty chairs a lot more than usual.
