Ty's Take
Looks like we're making a push for some real money this year. Three million in capital outlay requests hitting our legislators, plus whatever the innovation zone grant might bring in, means somebody around city hall thinks 2025 is the moment to stop talking and start building. That's either confidence or desperation, and honestly it's hard to tell the difference in a town our size. The water's still uncertain, Spaceport America's still creeping forward at its own pace, and the hot springs tourists still come whether we've got a new community center or not. But you can't fault the attempt. Small towns don't grow by asking for permission.
