Ty's Take
Not much doing on the hard news front this week, which means the real work of holding a town together falls to the folks who show up. The stargazers are meeting again, the Methodist church is feeding people and wrestling with big questions over potluck, and SpiritFire's got their calendar posted. In a place like this, those aren't filler items. That's where community actually lives, in the September nights when people drive out to look at what's above them, or sit around a table with their neighbors and ask what comes next. Could be the best use of a slow week.
