Ty's Take
Hull's visit down to Española this week puts a face on what's been cooking behind closed doors up here in the county for months. When your state representative shows up in person to lay out plans instead of just sending a press release, it usually means something's either about to happen or needs serious defending. Either way, the people who actually live in these villages deserve to hear it straight from the source, not filtered through someone else's interpretation. That's how this used to work in the land-grant country, and it's how it needs to work now.
