Ty's Take
Measles is back on the plateau, and that's the kind of record nobody up here wanted to see. This is a town built on solving hard problems, on precision and evidence and getting the calculations right, which makes it worth asking out loud why vaccination rates in Los Alamos County have drifted to the point where a disease we thought we'd put behind us is circulating again. The Lab employs people from everywhere, families move in and out, kids mix at school, and a preventable illness doesn't care much about your zip code or your credentials. We've got the resources and the knowledge to do better. The question now is whether we've still got the will.
