Ty's Take
Two calls that say something about summer in a town like ours. A parking lot loitering complaint that tied up police time, and out at the campgrounds, a drowning that reminds us again how fast the water can turn serious. This time of year brings people through Lebanon headed everywhere else, and it brings people to our rivers and parks looking for what they can't find in the city. Most of it works out fine. But the margin between a good day and a bad one is thin, and it doesn't take much to change the shape of someone's summer. Worth remembering as we head into the season.
