Ty's Take
The Idiots Club raised another seven grand at Bikefest last weekend, which brings their total assistance to nearly three hundred thousand this year alone. That number sits on top of almost two million they've handed out since 2014, and if you've lived around these waters long enough, you've probably known somebody who benefited from it. Around here, a charity that actually gets money into people's hands when they're hurting doesn't need a fancy name or a slick marketing campaign. They just need to show up and do the work, which is exactly what they do.
