Rough week down the valley if you're keeping score. A high-speed chase that ended with law enforcement making an arrest in the county, a hungry yearling bear pushing into Creede because the drought's squeezing everything out of the high country, and Colorado Parks and Wildlife shutting down stretches of the Rio Grande to fishing because the water situation up there is getting serious.
