ENMU-Ruidoso hires Clabaugh as athletic coordinator
ENMU-Ruidoso Branch Community College has named Randa Clabaugh of Arvada, Wyoming as its new full-time Athletic Coordinator. Clabaugh holds an Associate of Arts degree from Western Texas College and a Bachelor of Arts degree, bringing her expertise to the institution's athletic programs.
