Alamogordo father arrested for shaking baby
An Alamogordo man has been arrested and charged with child abuse after authorities say he violently shook his infant son, causing a brain bleed. Arthur Leder, 26, faces a single charge of child abuse resulting in great bodily injury.
Holloman Air Force Base is offering young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities a pathway to employment through Project SEARCH, a school-to-work transition program. The initiative serves recent high school graduates ages 18-22 from Otero County.
