Ty's Take
Two things worth noting on a Thursday evening in Howell County: the sheriff's office collected enough prescription bottles and old medications at last week's drug take-back to keep some real trouble off the streets, and Children's Behavioral Services just raised four grand for autism services by getting people moving in West Plains and Willow Springs. Neither one makes the front page, but both say something about what folks around here actually care about—keeping our kids steady and our communities a little safer. The Zizzers are on the tube tonight if you need a break from it all.
