Ty's Take
Twenty-three years out and we still set aside the day to remember. That's not a criticism, it's the mark of a wound that doesn't fully close, and maybe shouldn't. The garden series starting up this fall is a different kind of remembrance, honestly, the practical sort our grandparents would've understood, but it matters too. A year of learning to grow something when the world feels like it's coming apart is about as honest a response as any of us can manage.
