2 Cases Against Accused Burglar Dismissed
Prosecutors have agreed to dismiss two felony breaking and entering charges against an Abiquiú man accused of burglarizing multiple buildings in the area. Jordan Maestas, 27, waived his preliminary hearing on the two cases from January as part of the dismissal agreement.
