Missouri politics just got a whole lot more interesting, and it's happening right here at the lake. We've got a conservative activist working to shake up the state Republican establishment while our Attorney General is landing the kind of antitrust win that makes national news. That's the kind of one-two punch that tells you something's shifting, whether folks around here are ready for it or not. The real question isn't what either of these stories means in Jefferson City. It's what it means for the people living on these waters and in these communities when the old guard starts losing its grip and the new players move in. Either way, nobody's going to be able to say Missouri politics got boring.
